Kate Gustafson is a Minneapolis-based photographer whose work takes a candid focus on lifestyle, travel and nature photography.
Kate attended the Art Institutes International of MN in 2008 and received a BFA in Photography. She started her career as a photo assistant for Minneapolis/St Paul Magazine and continued to develop her photography skills as a freelance wedding photographer and photo-stylist.
Upon moving to New York in 2011, Kate became a photography studio assistant at Industria Superstudio, where she managed bookings and events. Then moved on to a photography position at Christie's Auction House, where she photographed and archived a collection of nearly 25,000 drawings and paintings from Andy Warhol's private estate.
