I believe that looking at art helps us create our own art. We are all in this together - sharing ourselves in different forms of expression; abstract, conceptual to literal and brutally honest. Going to the museum for me is a different experience each time. I am always reminded of the value and purpose of art. Art puts a mirror up to ourselves. Art creates a space for self reflection. 

I feel it’s so important that we honor art in this way. It feels so good to allow creativity to seep into our being and create our own meanings. Where does our truth originate? Can we experience some of this through art? We need to feel inspired. Inspiration is a tool we can use to create change. To move our limited beliefs. To inspire ourselves and therefore inspire others. 

Creativity gives us life.
